Please Help: acpitabl.dat

Hi

A customer has just installed a usb modem on there SBS2003 server (SP1),
after the install which went without issue, the server will not boot.
After trying to boot into safe mode it seems to halt at acpitabl.dat. Also
tried last known config without success.
Anyone know anything about this and even better, a solution?
