Hello I was reading this post because I have to same exact problem,The Method
by which I use to offer remote assistance is: Start>Server Managment>Client
Computers on the right hand pane click offer remote assistance, when I do
that the help and support window pops up with a text box where I type in
Domain\Workstation or IPAddress click Connect and error msg box comes up
indicating that "The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable",
so I Current configuration= {SBS 2003 SP1 premium} {NIC1}(WAN) {NIC2}(LAN)
{DHCP enabled}{Windows Firewall} no ISA, all updates applied {TrendMicro
CSMS}. followed the steps you indicated, but when I typed rd packagestore /s
/q in the command prompt, it indicated that the file could not be found. I
checked the firewall settings in Group Policy and they are correct, I
verified that all computers have in System Properties>Remote Remote
Assistance is enabled Remote Desktop is Enabled. firewall exemptions a check
for both of them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
