ISA 2004 stops AOL web usage

Hi posting this in SBS as SBS setups pre-configure a lot of ISA - and I'm
pretty sure someone's installed ISA '04 in SBS 2K3 that wants to allow AOL
(9SE) to work behind ISA. I did find and followed instructions in Tech Net
about configuring - but although we can sign into AOL and send and retrieve
emails - browsing webpages brings up a blank page - sometimes with an * in
top corner. Before the attempt to configure ISA... not even blank pages would
come up. There must be a way! Thanks in advance.
