Hello Edward,
I also wanted to reply to this email.
For seeing her printer via VPN, basically what is happening is that her
local USB HP printer does not appear in the PRINTERS folder on her remote
office computer. However, the printer does appear when connecting via RWW.
I have read various things about problems with USB printers and RDP,
etc....and I understand what you're saying below about having only one issue
per thread. I can totally appreciate and the performance issue is certainly
more critical so I will retract my question about the printer for now and
worry about it later.
I must run now but also wanted to answer your other queries..
In addition, have you installed ISA server on your server? YES - IT'S
SBS2003 PREMIUM .....Had you made any
changes on the SBS box before the performance issue occured? NO - WHICH IS
WHY I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING - I am the only one touching this
server.
Have to catch a plane! Thanks again Edward!
