Hi,

Background:

Server installed Oct 04, straight SBS 2003 prem, no SQL, with non-UPnP
broadband router and 2 NICs. Now installing the suite of SP1 updates.

Problem:

All went fine - 2k3 sp1, exchange sp1, sharepoint sp1, xpsp2, sbs sp1.
Problem appeared during ISA2004 upgrade and running CEICW. It fails on parts
2 & 3, firewall configuration and secure website configuration. Clicked OK
twice and part 4 was OK. This rendered OWA unavailable externally - ssl
refused - everything else seemed OK. I tried reinstalling ISA04 here but was
same. I've made it work temporarily by exporting (copying) the certificate
from IIS to local store and creating an HTTPS server rule in ISA with users
navigating to https:// instead of http://. I thought this would suffice
permanently until I discovered that the Public Folders could not be opened in
Exchange Sys Manager with the error: 'The certificate chain was issued by an
authority that is not trusted. ID no: 80090325.' Additionally, some but not
all clients cannot DHCP. Combining all this with the icwlog it appears
Exchange and ISA are not linked with IIS properly in the SSL certificate
area. I've checked the DNS integration KB article - all OK and the Frontpage
solution mentioned ealier also doesn't make any difference. I think curing
the wizard issue would help with all subsequent issues - please help! :)
