Redirect folders

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello,
I have SBS 2003 with 10 clients computers. I want to redirect users
directory to the server. Could I redirect only five users documents, or I
must redirect for all users?
What folders are redirected?
