RE: Outlook Contact Manager

Hi Alan,

Thank you for your email.

I am sorry for the delayed response due to weekend. Please understand that
the newsgroups are staffed weekdays by Microsoft Support professionals to
answer your systems and applications questions. Your understanding is
greatly appreciated!

To narrow down this issue, please answer and perform the below questions
and steps:

1. Please kindly describe the exact detailed problem symptom. Can I
assume the 'ajw' user account cannot add the email account of the Exchange
Server into the Outlook client? If not, what does the "has no ability to
see the exchange server from "ajw" account" means?

2. what does the "can see one mailbox per person sign on desktop but not
from account implementing forwarding of mailboxes to ajw sign on" means?
Can I assume you have configured the other users' email delivery's setting,
forward their email to the ajw user account?

3. As you mentioned, can I assume the new client machine is added into
the SBS 2003 domain by using the http://ServerName/connectcomputer link?

4. If you re-create a new user account, and login the new client, can you
add the email account of the Exchange Server into the Outlook client?

5. Please kindly do a screen capture of this issue and attach it in your
reply.

6. Please open the system Event Viewer on the problematic workstation and
the SBS Server, and check whether there are any error messages about this
issue, then paste the full context in your reply post.

I am appreciated your time and cooperation. If anything is unclear, please
feel free to let me know. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Nathan Liu (MSFT)
