I have a problem which is getting worse it used to be some external emails
coming in via pop3 connector. 1 email would come in but the use would receive
3 of the same emails. Over the weekend a user sent an email to all other
internal users and they all got 36 copies of the same email.
We have updated the server to the most recent service packs for server and
exchange
