Flatten Dell box befre installing SBS 2003

Hello!

It has been recommended by several people to "flatten the box" before
installing SBS on a Dell server. Two questions I have are 1) Do you mean to
just format and install, or 2) delete ALL partitions, including the Dell
utility partition, then format, and install?
