Unable to reinstall Fax services

SBS2003 Standard. No SP1. I was having some routing to Sharepoint problems
with my faxing. I contacted MS and they had me uninstall the Fax services.
This was 3 months ago and I can't find the darn notes on what they had me
do. i.e. registry changes, and file changes.

I have finally come back to the issue that I am now unable to reinstall the
Fax services. :-(

The error I receive when I rerun the server setup is:

An error occurred while installing Fax Services. Rerun Setup, and retry
installing Fax Services.

The event log shows this:
