Offer Remote Assistance Not Working

>From SBS 2003, if I select to offer remote assistance, I get an error page
that says "Cannot display the page The page you are trying to view has an
incorrect address and cannot be displayed. Please try another page."
I tried to create a shortcut using "%windir%\explorer.exe
"hcp://CN=Microsoft%20Corporation,L=Redmond,S=Washington,C=US/Remote%20Assistance/Escalation/Unsolicited/Unsolicitedrcui.htm"...but
I get the same error. Does anyone have any ideas?

I did have to completely reinstall the help service after sp1 was applied...
