Firewall Service Stops right after Backup Starts -- Event ID 21192

Hello,

Since I installed SP1, once in a while when my backup starts at Midnight (I
run one 3 times a week, personal server), the Firewall service stops with
the following:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Microsoft Firewall
Event Category: Log
Event ID: 21192
Date: 8/20/2005
Time: 12:01:36 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SUMMITSBS
Description:
The Microsoft Firewall was unable to connect to MSDE database. The MSDE
Error description is: Could not obtain exclusive lock on database 'MODEL'.
Retry the operation later., CREATE DATABASE failed. Some file names listed
could not be created. Check previous errors..

I don't see other errors. I googled for this issue, but can't find anything
specific to this error except that obviously the MODEL database is locked,
but why? Again, it's not every time the backup runs, but it's happened 3
times in the past month. I restart the service and all is well until the
next occurence.

Any ideas?
