Hi Anthony,
Check your event logs on the server for any clues. Specifically, 8331
errors. If you have them, temporary relief comes from restarting the
MSExchange SA service; permanent relief comes via applying Exchange 2003 SP1
and post SP1 fixes, or SBS SP1 (which includes these).
