Re1: We have been using TM, but may switch to AVG, based on the
consultants preference.
Re2: We haven't been filtering spam and don't think software is worth
the money. Maybe I'm wrong. Do ISPs filter spam, so using an MX record
dumps it *all* into Exchange?
Re4: Stores are backed up by Backup Exec, but I don't understand the
process. It does seem confusing.
Re6: No firewall appliance, just a Linksys RVO42 router between DSL
connection and external server NIC.
Re7: Good point to consider. Doesn't the router hide it?
Re8: Hope to image the server with Paragon Drive Backup Server edition,
then backup to tape/HD regularly.
Re9: RAID level 1, using SATA drives.
Thanks again, David
