Ray,

Based on FinishNetworkingSetup() -- NetJoinDomain() failed [53] it looks
like it wasn't able to find the domain foster215.local.

>From a command prompt on the client.. Can you do the following

ping 192.168.100.11 (assuming this is the IP of the server itself)
ping servername
ping foster215.local.
ping servername.foster215.local.

Do they all work and resolve to the IP address of 192.168.100.11?
