Hi Woo,
If these websites is created by IIS for personal use not the default
website of SBS, you might have to manually recover the setting on IIS. We
could not do it automatically.
However, if the content of the website is put in driver D, we can just
recover the setting on IIS and point to the right directory on D.
If your website is the sub virtual directory on sharepoint, it will be
recovered by sharepoint recovery, you do not need to configure it manually.
