Nathan,
it seems to be a Symantec issue. As such I will open a call with them.
Started the server with missing RPc Client reg key and Symantec - same
pronlem.
Started the server with missing RPC Client reg key and Symantec disabled -
all ok.
Question - should the ncacn_nb_tcp registry key be left in place??
