Hi Flbritton,
Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup.
As the MELL Deployment Guide states, you must have SQL 2000 installed to
deploy MELL. Since SBS 2003 Eval is only a standard version, I am afraid
you will have to buy the retail Premium Version.
