File sharing from a remote site

I have SBS2003 at work. At work there is a hardware VPN router (ASANTE
FriendlyNet) that connects to a remote site that has the same router. The
VPN works fine, as I can ping to each side. Also, the Mac OS computers on
either side of the network can "see" each other.
Anyway, the network looks like this:
Work:
SBS Server (10.0.1.50)
Client 1 (10.0.1.10)
VPN Router (10.0.1.100)
!
!
!
VPN Router (10.0.0.100)
Client (10.0.0.2) I have enabled file sharing on a folder C:\remotebackup,
allowing all users access to read/write
I have the DNS Server at the home computer set to 10.0.1.50 (SBS Server) and
I can surf, mount the server's remote hard drives, etc. I can log on to the
domain without issue. The problem is that I want to share the home
computer's hard drive, so that a computer at work (Client 1, 10.0.1.10) can
access it. (It's running a remote back up program for off site backups.)
Anyway, no computer at work can "see" the home computer in the Network
Places. Also, if I try to manually add a Network Place, either by using the
home computer's name and shared drive (\\home\remotebackup\) it will fail.
It will fail if i try to mount the drive by using the ip (\\10.0.0.2) I also
get a failure. I"m assuming this is an issue with Windows Firewall. The
settings are such that I can't disdable them on the home machine (the button
is greyed out.)
Any ideas on what I should do to enable the home computer's shared folder to
appear on a work computer?
