Reinstall DHCP Server

My DHCP DB seems to be corrupt. Will someone walk me through the steps to
reinstall the DHCP system withthe standard scope the setup routine would
provide. I removed and reinstalled the service, but now there is no scope.
I'd like the system to be similar to as if it was freshly installed. I am
using SBS 2003 SP1 with ISA 2004. Thanks
