You have to flip to approve install.. personally you might want to consider flipping the workstations to automatically install and the server to manual approve.

I noticed that it is on Detect Only and shows Updates that are Needed. Did I miss something or am I supposed to go to Updates and "approve" all the updates that I want installed by clicking Change Approval and changing it to Install?
If I go to Options, Automatic Approval Options both Detection and Installion approve are checked with the proper groups assigned, just like it instructed me on Mariette's site.
