I'm thinking bad RAM
Have you tried removing the RAM...changing the pagefile back and see if situation calms down??

No, I added the memory 3 weeks ago and my server started to crash last week
so yesterday I changed the pagefile.sys from 1.5 GB to 3GB min and 4 GB max.
I also moved the pagefile from c: drive to d: drive (same hard disk) because
c: was almost full it is 12GB and now I have 2.8 GB free. Right now it has
the 3 GB pagefile.sys and the committed bytes are 100%
