Thanks for updates.

As my post, I mean you can applied SP4 to resolve the issue that you could
not install the updates you referred to. As the workaround for your
SQLagent services, you can modify the registry to resolve it, but the
highly recommend way for the later one is to install SQL server, if you
have additional budgets to updates to SBS premium.
