Dear Charles,
Sorry have to come back to you again. Our SBS had be re-installed. The
problem here is that fax was not routed to client. We can send and received
fax. I tried to run faxcfg.exe but failed. It was said that faxcfg.exe not
found. It is sured that fax service was selected but when I tried to run fax
configuration from CD3, or within Add/Remove program of Control Panel, it was
said that fax service not installed. I tried many times to un-install fax
service and re-install it again. Same problem there. What can you think was
wrong ?
Thanks
