Sorry. PSS = Microsoft Product Support Services. Basically it's the
Microsoft Tech Support group. Normally a call to them costs $245 (gasp), but
for certain types of calls (e.g. problems caused by security fixes or
service packs) the fee is waived. The number = (800) 936-4900.
