Not able to connect to SBS using both domain mane or IP remotely

Hello,

My Network:
Hardware: SBS 2003 (one NIC) SonicWall TZ170 (open ports are speficy here)

Domain: soniasautosales.com (bigguy.gte.net and otherguy.gte.net are NS)
registered by FridaySystems but pointing to our ISP (Verizon)

I requested the following Records to be added to our ISP
DNS NAME Type
IP Address

www A record
66.216.x.x(hosting comp) portal.soniasautosales.com A record
71.243.x.x (sonicwall IP)
remote.soniasautosales.com CNAME
portal.soniasautosales.com
companyweb.soniasautosales.com CNAME
portal.soniasautosales.com
vpn.soniasautosales.com CNAME
portal.soniasautosales.com

DSLmodem-->SonicWall Firewall--->LAN---->SBS

I setup SBS 2003 Standard and everything was working fine, I was able to
connect remotely to the server by the DNS or IP name

http://www.soniasautosales.com/remote or http://71.243.113.121

I was reading a microsoft white paper (Microsoft Solutions for Small &
Medium Business) on how to setup a secure Wireless connection using SBS. In
one of the steps it asked to install a Enterprise CA. I followed the steps
outline on the artical.

After Installing the CA the wizard prompted me with a message stating that
it need it to resstart the ISS services, I clicked OK. When I to connect to
mycompany and I got a page not found error message.

I check to see that IIS was running. It was not, the services were stoped. I
restarted the services. I launch IE and I was able to connect to the lntranet
by using the localhostname

I tried using the exteranl url http://www.soniasautosales.com/remote I got
page not found.

I noticed that after I setup the CA that's when this started to happened. I
tried launching the Certification Authority but I get an error messages

" Cannot manage Certificate Services. The specified services does not exist
as an installed service. 0x424(WIN32: 1060)"

I clicked OK the Certificate snapping opens, it shows the Certification
Authority window but nothing is in this window.

I ran the Connect to the Internet wizard and created a new Certificate but
it's still not working.

Can you please tell me what could be wrong?

Thanks,

LB

P.S Some how My ISP got the DNS request wrong: if you you go to
http:domainwhitepages.com and enter www.soniasutosales.com you will see what
I mean. I don't know if this has something to do with. I could get to the
Firewall box from the outside by typing the Static IP address and port 444
but not to the server or any of the services.
