Connection Timeout only on certain websites

ISA2004, SBS2003 Premium, both SP1
2 Nics, External router on external nic, All clients working properly with
one exception: no clients or server console can browse to www.thestar.com.
All that is returned is a proxy error message window, with the following
details for tech personel:

Connection Timeout: 10060

I am able to connect a workstation directly to the router (bypassing the
ISA/proxy) and am able to browse thestar.com no problems(therefore DNS ok,
etc)

When the page loads, the address bar is this:
http://www.thestar.com/NASApp/cs/ContentServer?pagename=thestar/Render&inifile=futuretense.ini&c=Page&cid=968332188492&pubid=968163964505

Is there anything we can do about this?

(there are 2 or 3 other sites that have the same problem, and I'm sure the
users will let me know when more are affected!)
