SMTP Problem

I am running sbs2003 and until yesterday everyone could send e-mails
externaly. Now an 'Undeliverable' report is returned to individuals with the
following:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Test from work at 8:37
Sent: 12/08/2005 08:48
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'name@xxxxxxxxxxx' on 12/08/2005 08:54
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's
email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<mydomainname.org.uk #5.5.0 smtp;550 Recipient Not Authorised
[recipient rejected due to no authorised destination groups]>
Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
