Because it isn't a local account. What you see in the list is that
domain\user is a member of a local group, by virtue of being a member of a
domain group that is a member of that group. You can look in the properties
of the local groups themselves.

Win95 is not relevant...Win9x is not relevant....even WinXP with no domain
membership is not relevant.
