Hi!
Last 3 nights I have backup failure - well, it went through but wuth errors:
Warning: Unable to open "G:\Program Files\ExchSrvr\Mailroot\vsi
1\BadMail\000fa3021132707200500000039.BAD" - skipped.
Reason: Access is denied.
At the same time I have TrendMicro AV reprting that it found the virus (but
couldn't clean it) :
002bf0452082307200500000014.BAD
Path of file: \Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy14\Program
Files\ExchSrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\BadMail\
Scan type: Real-time Scan
Scan result: Virus successfully detected, but infected file cannot be
quarantined
I deleted the files from BadMail directory - but this looks like shadowcopy
dir (although shadowcopy is not enabled on that drive?). How do I access this
file, how do I clean it?
Thanks a lot!
