Migrating from Windows Server 2000 to SBS 2003

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi, I have a client who wants to replace their current server with a new one.
The old current server is running on Windows Server 2000 whereas the new one
will be on SBS 2003. This server is running as a SQL database server and
simple file sharing server.

Instead of recreating user accounts and shared folders, is there any faster
and more efficient way to transfer the system settings, user accounts, shared
folders to the new server?

And also what are the things i need to take note when doing such migration?

Thanks in advance!
.
