Well..not exactly... if lmhashs are enabled inside the network... you can sniff the hashes and use a tool like lc5 or john the ripper to crack them.
But in general...you are supposed to not 'see' them...that's the goal anyway....

I realize this and this is how i did it i want to know if there is a way to see users passwords or if there recorded somewhere where i can see them. "LMI" wrote:

It;s microsoft they must store it somewhere. Also how can i change my
password policies? i already have password policies in place however i want
to change or reconfigure the password policies.
