Hi,

Thanks for updates.

Generally speaking, this information only means you did not configure
reverse DNS lookup at your SBS, as I know this is the default setting, we
did not configure SBS DNS server for reverse DNS lookup. So you can ignore
this, if you have no other internet access or network problem in this issue.
