RE: path to client not found

Hi,

Thanks for updates.

After checking your IP configuration, I found you only have one NIC
installed on your SBS 2003, please make sure that default gateway is point
to SBS IP address on all local clients and leave default gateway on SBS
blank. Please try my suggestions below:

1. Ping the IP address of the problematic computer to see what is the
result, paste them to newsgroup.
2. If possible, could you try to check if you can access companyweb from
that problematic computer?
3. You can also check the DNS records on SBS server to see if the
problematic clients is list in the DNS records. ( please navigate to DNS
configuration on administrator tools on SBS)
4. Run ipconfig/flushdns on the problematic clients to see if the issue can
be resolved, the request timeout mostly be caused by the DNS server is not
configure correctly,
5. If possible could you try to connect that computer with wired connection
to see if the issue can be resolved?

In additional, please paste the new ipconfig/all on the problematic clients
and server side to newsgroup, also make sure that you have run CEICW
according to the KB I offered to you.

Thanks for your effort in this issue. I will be here waiting for your
updates.

Best regards,

Charles Yang (MSFT)
