Microsoft SKU Number for SBS 2003 Premium w/ SP1

Does anyone know if Microsoft has a SKU number yet for MS-SBS 2003 Premium
Upgrade with SP1 integrated? I'm currently running SBS 2000 and I'd like to
upgrade the Dell server in one step.
