Some SBS sites had problems and conflicts with the Google Desktop when it
was first released back in Oct 2004 -- a conflict with ISA. Beyond that, I
agree with Susan --- whatch out for the privacy issues. Otherwise, a lot of
people, including several SBS'ers think it's the greatest thing since slice
bread.
If you don't want to go the Google route, you could also check out
'Lookout' -- an Outlook add-in. Yeah, I know it's been moved inside the MSN
toiolbar, and the Outlook only version is not being updated ... but I love
it, and use it every day.
