Alert Problem

I have had this problem in the past and for some reason after a few days it
sorted itself out. But I am now having the error again, and its been over a
week since we have had a proper report through. Any ideas what is causing
this.
I have checked the service, the server isn't low on any space and there are
no problems. Any ideas

To work around this problem, perform the following steps. After each
step, try again to access the page.
a.. Ensure that the MSSQL$SBSMONITORING service is started.
b.. Ensure that the server is not low on memory or disk space.
c.. Restart the server.
d.. Verify that the server is functional and that there are no
system-wide problems.
e.. Run the Set Up Monitoring Reports and Alerts task in the Server
Management Monitoring and Reporting taskpad.
