MSN, Ebay, and Microsoft Update won't load

Recently user on my Windows 2003 SBS domain have been having problems opening
certain web pages. We have a mix domain of 2000 and XP(SP2), the 2000 systems
do not have the problem and if you log the XP system in locally they do not
have a problem. I have been going over my group policies and have not found
anything that could be causing the problem. Stumped, Please Help.
