Move Sharepoint databases from MSDE to full SQLServer -- help!

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Single user mode is the label used by the SQLServer product folk for getting
users (and applications) out of a database so it can be maintained or backed
up.

Instead of having system resources tied up by three instances of a database
server process - one for the active sqlserver databases, one for the
sbs$monitoring sharepoint site and one for the SBS company sharepoint site
(sqlserver 2000 and two slightly different versions of msde), what I want to
have is one database server process managing them all. This is not a heavily
used machine, so concurrent performance is not an issue.

All I think I want to do is just move the databases from MSDE to full size
sqlserver. DO not want to consolidate them, just switch which instance of
sqlserver processes them.
