Uh just a thought. (Shot in the dark)
I assume your SBS is your DHCP server
Do you have DHCP Services Turned on the WiFi also?
It could be killing the net.....

NIC Replacement like Susan Said is a good try also.
(Everyone should have a Extra NIC for the server in case of emergency.)
Boy remember when NIC's were $250 Ouch!
