Hi,
Thanks for you update. Do you try my suggestion in my previous post? And do
you still get that error message in your WSUS? The following link may be
useful to you to troubleshooting the client side issue.

Please note that Windows Server update service currently is not supported
in partner newsgroup. Regarding your issue, I suggest that you post it in
our public newsgroup at < microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs > so that
other partners can share their experience on this issue. and you will be
get more qualified pool of respondents, I thank for you understanding.
