Hello Ben,
Thank you for posting back!
I understand that you have installed some additional web sites on the SBS
2K3 server, and your situation is companyweb and Backup/Restore cannot
work.
We strongly suggest customer that use an individual IIS server to hold
multiple business web site,
This is because:
a. SBS server has hosted four web sites already. Hosting a new web site
requires non-standard configurations such as listening ports on either the
new site or the default site. This may cause additional administrative
attempts.
b. If any additional web site is listening on port 80 on the SBS server, it
will cause both "default web site" and "companyweb" problem.
So please remove any additional web site from the SBS server. We only can
continue troubleshooting your issue when there is no more interfere on the
SBS IIS server.
I am appreciated your time and understanding, and am looking forward to
hearing from you!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee
