Disk Utility to align tracks on a hardware RAID1 system

I am looking for a utility that I was told would align the tracks on 2 SATA
hard disks setup as hardware RAID 1. This is supposed to increase SBS
performance by up to 30%. This tool was mentioned to be in the Windows 2000
resource kit.
So far I have not found it....
Anyone know!
Thanks
