Hi, Brandy,
The issue is not user account setup, but the 2 of xp clients. The one that
can allow RWW connect is not problem to accept the all users accounts which
mean any account is able to connect from that client through RWW.
I have check the port 3389 is waiting for remote connect. If I use remote
desktop connect and type in IP address, I can connect by this way.
If I can connect this way, then I should be able to connect through RWW .
