WSUS-Selfupdate doesn't work

Hi,

does anybody know, why the Selfupdate function of the WSUS doesn't work.
The explorer returns error: directory listing denied.

I have checked the IIS-Manager. There are no html sites, asp sites or any
other default sites in the folder of the Selfupdate.
