Thanks for those information.

What I would like to emphasize is that we strongly recommend AGAINST
installing any version of Outlook on the server which has exchange
installed already. This is not officially supported and will cause lots of
known issue as well as potential issues. Exchange will even stop working in
this situation. There is no document to describe this situation and we
cannot fix the issues under this circumstance.

Microsoft does not recommend installing Exchange Server and Outlook on the
same computer

So, if you may need to reinstall your SBS server to make all back to work.

If you do not want to reinstall the SBS server, you can try the following
steps, however, we cannot guarantee that works:

1. uninstall the outlook on your SBS server.

2. If those issues still persist, reinstall Exchange via Add/Remove
Programs.

3. You may get many MSExchangeES Event ID 5 error. To resolve it,
reregister the Event Service .dll files using regsvr32; to do so, follow
these steps:

- Go to the command prompt, and change directories to the Exchsrvr\bin
subdirectory.

- Run the following commands:

regsvr32 Scripto.dll
regsvr32 Ss.dll
regsvr32 Esconf.dll

4. Please install the exchange SP1.

After you have installed the sp1 for exchange 2003, please install the
following update:

You cannot use Outlook Web Access with forms-based authentication and you
receive a Store.exe e-mail alert message
