RE: Backup Wizard Error

Hello Arturo,

Thank you for posting back!

I need to know what exact steps you have tried so far, and which problem
you still got? Have you run the Integrated Setup and has Windows Small
Business Server been shown up in the Add or Remove Programs?

Please take your time to gather the log files and send them to me for
researching.

For your additional information, please check the following files' version:

1).Go to %sbsprogramdir%\Backup: bkprunner.exe, bkpwiz.exe, bkpwizdll.dll
and docsRedir.exe

2). Go to %systemroot%\Inetpub\Backup: default.aspx, global, asaz, and
web.config.

3). Go to %systemroot%\Inetpub\Backup\bin: Backup.dll

Right click these files one by one, go to Properties, Version tab, select
File Version, please paste the each Value to the Newsgroup.

I am appreciated your time and cooperation. If anything is unclear, please
let me know. I am looking forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,

Brandy Nee
