asp pages error

Hi there,

im trying to host my companies intranet on our sbs server via iis, every
morning i get an error in eventmanager and after this error our intranet
runs really slow,

does any one know what this error relates to? or how to fix it im really
confused

"Error: The Template Persistent Cache initialization failed for Application
Pool 'DefaultAppPool' because of the following error: Could not create a Disk
Cache Sub-directory for the Application Pool. The data may have additional
error codes."
