Click on "Start" -> "Run" and enter "fxsadmin.msc" and click "OK"
This should open the "Microsoft Fax Service Manager" console
Expand "Devices" and right-click on your modem name and select "Properties"
You should find what you are looking for in this window. Let me know if there
is anything else.
