Re: SBS_logon_script.bat

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I got through the entire deployment without using a wizard, and interestingly
it worked. I manually promoted the SBS box and replicated with a 2003
Standard DC on the network, and after that it behaved much like 2003 Standard
would. What tipped me off that things weren't right is that I could not
access any type of licensing snap-in.

I wonder if the machine would have continued to function like a standard
2003 box if I hadn't gone back and ran the install wizard again...? In fact,
Microsoft offers a migration utility that likely undoes those very changes on
a migration to enterprise again.

I'm philosophical, so I know that in the end I will warm up to SBS, but for
now I am going through the standard growing pains one would expect.
